What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on all purchased items at this time.

Any defective/damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 30 days of receipt. We require a proof of purchase and order number with photos of the defective/damaged or the incorrect item on our contact info. We will handle it from there.

What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are not supported if you ordered wrong size, color or simply dont like the product. However we offer replacements if you received a defective/damaged or incorrect item. Please contact for assistance.

If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund.

When can I expect my refund?
Process of refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks & 5 business days to refund to the payment method used at purchase (minus shipping costs). Shipping is NOT refundable.
