What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on any items at this time due to COVID.
For any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, please email within 20 days of receipt your proof of purchase and order number with photos of the item. Please contact contact@dotexe.com for assistance.

 

What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are not supported as items are made to order.
If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund.

 

When can I expect my refund?
Process of refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks for merch, and 5 business days for refund to the original payment method used at purchase (minus shipping costs). Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
